No. Lady Affairs is designed to replace your regular underwear entirely during your period. It provides a seamless, body-hugging fit that is undetectable even under tight clothing.

Yes. It can be easier and less stressful than pads because it reduces shifting and leakage. Make sure to pick the right size.

We have two major sizes, Medium & Large, which cost the same.

UK Size 8 – 10 = Medium

Lady Affairs prioritizes feminine hygiene safety. The ultra-soft layers are made from non-woven cotton fabric, wood pulp, and SAP that instantly pulls moisture away from the skin. This prevents the “bruising” and “chafing” often caused by plastic-like surfaces.

We use a dual-action system:
1. SAP Technology: Super Absorbent Polymers turn fluid into a stable gel, trapping odors inside the core.
2. Breathability: The back sheet is made of a breathable film that allows heat to dissipate, preventing the bacterial growth that causes offensive odors

3. Absorbency & Leak Protection

If sized correctly and used within its absorbency range, it is designed to reduce leaks significantly. Leak issues usually come from incorrect sizing, very heavy flow, or wearing it for too many hours without changing

This depends on flow level. As a rule: lighter days last longer, heavier days require more frequent change. If you feel dampness or discomfort, change immediately.

Yes, it’s perfect for overnight use and extra comfort. For very heavy flow, we recommend a higher-absorbency option or combining it with a pad.

Yes, it can be used for light spotting and everyday protection (e.g., pre-period or end-of-period days).

4. Sizing, Fit & Comfort

There are 2 different sizes available. The medium and the large sizes

It should feel like normal underwear with a slightly thicker protective area. Under most outfits, it is not noticeable.

Generally, no; Lady Affairs sanitary pants are designed to prevent irritation. If it causes irritation, please discontinue use. The product has an ultra-soft, non-woven cotton topsheet specifically engineered to be hypoallergenic and gentle on the skin.
